透過繪畫創作，理清思緒，梳理情感。
作品大多受到女性、外在和內在情感以及大自然的啟發。將無法言語的感受及想法以畫作呈現。
s l y sorts through thoughts and emotions via the process of painting, which like having a conversation with herself. Her works mostly inspired by women, the external and inner emotions as well as the nature. She transforms the unspeakable feelings/thoughts into her paintings.

低落時，也許我們需要的只是一句温暖的說話。混沌時，也許就是一句像帶有光的話語，讓我們在迷霧裡免得絆倒碰壁。困惑時，也許得到「芝麻開門」般的密碼 讓我們看到起點、看到路、看到出口。
因為每個當下都是禮物。
s l y 設計這套訊息卡計劃的念頭，來自想與自己連結的渴望，也是創作者本身學習愛自己的過程。55幅畫作，55個訊息，每張卡牌都是藝術家透過覺察自己內心的問題，與自己深入對話，繼而進行的創作。
s l y 有感，每個人都有各自要學習的課題，「當下是禮物」訊息卡的意義是用作幫助自己與情緒和壓力相處的生活小工具，也希望能把這份禮物帶給大家。
55張卡牌，55個當下要給你的訊息，是當下的禮物，也是你給自己的禮物。
